歡迎使用 NoteTempo！身為獨立開發者，我非常重視您的隱私。本政策將以最白話的方式，說明我們如何處理您的資料。
Welcome to NoteTempo! As an indie developer, I take your privacy seriously. This policy explains in plain language how we handle your data.
1. 您的語音，絕對不會離開手機 (Local Speech Processing)
您的原始音檔與初步轉錄，皆在本地端完成。
您在 NoteTempo 中錄製的所有語音音檔，以及第一時間轉錄出的文字草稿，全部都在您的手機本地端進行處理與保存。我們絕對不會將您的「語音音檔」上傳到任何伺服器，也沒有雲端資料庫來備份這些內容。
Your audio never leaves your phone.
All audio recordings and initial text transcriptions are processed and stored strictly locally on your device. We never upload your raw audio files to any server, nor do we have a cloud database backing up this content.
2. 關於 AI 潤飾與翻譯 (Cloud LLM Processing)
為了解鎖「AI 潤飾」與「翻譯」的魔法，當您請求生成貼文時，App 只會將您的「純文字草稿」透過加密連線，短暫傳送至雲端大型語言模型 (LLM) 進行即時處理。
- 這些純文字資料僅用於當次的生成任務。
- 處理完成後，雲端伺服器會立即且徹底地刪除所有資料與系統日誌 (Logs)。
- 您的文字內容絕對不會被保存，也不會被用來訓練任何 AI 模型。
To provide AI-powered rewriting and translation features, the app securely sends only your plain text draft to our cloud Large Language Models (LLMs) via an encrypted connection for real-time processing.
- This text data is used exclusively for your requested generation task.
- Once processed, the cloud servers immediately and permanently delete all data and system logs.
- Your creative content is never retained and is never used to train any AI models.
3. 為什麼我們需要您的 Email (Why We Collect Your Email)
您可以免登入直接試用 NoteTempo。但如果您選擇建立免費帳號（透過 Magic Link），我們會收集並安全地儲存您的 Email 信箱（由 Supabase 提供安全驗證），並為您分配一組唯一識別碼 (User ID)。
收集 Email 只有一個目的：核發您的專屬 AI 使用額度，以防止機器人惡意刷爆伺服器 API 成本。我們絕不會將您的信箱出售給第三方，或發送垃圾郵件。
You can try NoteTempo without logging in. However, if you choose to create a free account (via Magic Link), we will collect and securely store your email address (authenticated via Supabase) and assign you a unique User ID.
We collect your email for one purpose only: to allocate your personal AI usage quota and prevent bot abuse from driving up API costs. We will never sell your email to third parties or send you spam.
4. 關於 App 使用體驗分析 (About App Analytics)
為了持續改善 NoteTempo 的操作介面，我們使用了匿名的分析工具 (Microsoft Clarity) 來了解使用者如何與 App 互動（例如點擊與滑動的趨勢）。這些資料完全匿名，不包含您的任何語音或文字筆記內容，僅用於提升產品體驗。
To continuously improve NoteTempo's interface, we use an anonymous analytics tool (Microsoft Clarity) to understand general app interactions (such as tap and scroll trends). This data is completely anonymous, does not contain any of your audio or text notes, and is used solely to enhance the user experience.
5. 刪除帳號與資料的權利 (Account & Data Deletion)
您擁有「被遺忘」的絕對權利。
您可以隨時在 App 內的「設定 > 帳號」中，點擊「刪除帳號」。一旦點擊，您的 Email 信箱與相關的使用額度紀錄，將會從我們的驗證伺服器中被永久、徹底地抹除。
一旦點擊刪除帳號，除了伺服器上的資料外，我們也會同時清空您設備上的本地語音與文字筆記殘留，確保最高級別的隱私。
You have the absolute right to be forgotten.
You can delete your account at any time by going to "Settings > Account" within the app and tapping "Delete Account". Once initiated, your email address and associated quota records will be permanently and completely erased from our authentication servers.
(Once you click delete, in addition to server data, we also clear your local audio and text notes from your device to ensure maximum privacy.)
